Froggy Eye Ltd does not collect anything about you. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no crash-reporting service. Your scans are processed and stored on your own device. Froggy Eye Ltd has no server that receives them. On Android, the Google document-scanner component built into the app sends Google limited diagnostic information and a per-installation identifier, never your documents. The section on Google's ML Kit below explains this.

Deleting a document removes its pages. Uninstalling the app removes the app's copy of everything above.
If your phone's own backup is switched on (iCloud Backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android), the operating system includes your saved documents and settings in that backup, so they come back when you restore or move to a new phone. That backup is encrypted and belongs to you, and Froggy Eye Ltd never receives it. To keep scans out of your backup, delete them from the app. On iPhone you can also turn iCloud Backup off for PocketCopier in Settings. On Android, backup cannot be turned off for one app, but you can turn off Google backup for the device.
The camera is used only while you are scanning, through your phone's built-in document scanner. On iPhone this is Apple's VisionKit. On Android it is Google's ML Kit document scanner, which is provided by Google Play services and includes a small Google component inside the app. If you import a picture, you choose it in the system photo picker, and only that picture is shared with the app. When you choose Save to Photos, the app adds images to your photo library and does not read anything else in it.
Your pages leave the app only when you export them. When you share a PDF or an image, it goes to the app or service you pick in your phone's share sheet, and that app's own privacy policy applies from then on.
PocketCopier Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. Froggy Eye Ltd never sees your payment details. The app is told only whether the purchase succeeded, so it can unlock Pro.
On Android, the document scanner is provided by Google's ML Kit, which includes a small Google component inside the app. That component sends Google two kinds of information, under Google's own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy):
Both are collected by the Google component, required for the scanner to work, encrypted in transit and not shared with third parties. Neither includes the content of your documents, and Froggy Eye Ltd does not receive any of it. Purchases through Google Play are handled under the same policy. No other third-party code in PocketCopier sends data anywhere.
PocketCopier is a general-audience utility. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Because Froggy Eye Ltd holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your data is on your device and under your control. If you have a question about this policy, email info@froggyeye.com.
